Holographic star design colorful pvc soft film.
Transparent PVC. NOT the really thick version. The material is PVC soft glitter plastic film reflecting holographic stars, Perfect for Hair accessories/bows, shoes, bags plus many more crafts. The underside of this fabric is speckles of glitter within the PVC film. Easy to work with, holds its shape beautifully and is translucent.
